Privacy policy

How WDA International Law Firm handles information submitted through its website.

1. Information collected

“Contact information” means the name and email address a visitor voluntarily enters in the contact form. The firm may use it to send information about its legal services.

2. Privacy statement

The firm collects nothing beyond what the visitor supplies in the contact form, does not process it for third parties, and may reply by email to questions or provide further information on a requested service.

3. Purpose

Contact details are used to give a personalized response to the visitor's needs, including information about the legal service requested.

4. Confidentiality

The firm commits not to share contact information with third parties, treating it as strictly confidential. It may, at its discretion, disclose information when a legal authority with jurisdiction requests it. The policy does not cover information a visitor shares directly with the firm acting as a law firm, or through email, phone or fax with others.

5. Modifying or deleting your information

Contact details are retained in a file only if the visitor later hires the firm. Otherwise they are deleted no more than two years after submission, and the firm will remove them within two working days of a request.

6. Protection

Information is protected by several security mechanisms. As nothing on the internet is completely secure, the visitor shares the risk of unauthorized access with the firm.

7. Acceptance

Using the site or the firm's services signals acceptance of these terms. Visitors who disagree should not submit contact information. To opt out of messages or raise a concern, email [email protected].
